Item description says toner supplied with approx 50% ink, it also repeats no toner/drum. As it's for home use i had no idea what a drum was. Toner ordered that didn't fit. 2nd toner bought. still no fit. Transpired i needed to buy a drum unit for the toner to fit in, before i could use the printer. Contacted seller, but reply wasn't helpful. Printer cost £51, 2 toners £71, drum, £20

Their products are amazing and like new. I ordered a Lenovo with Windows 11. Computer arrived & well packed & like new. Unfortunately the screen was on an 18 inch stand so looking at the screen my neck hurt due to fractured vertebrae. I knew they did returns so contacted them - my fault entirely as ordered the wrong item. They couldn't have been more helpful. However i have to return it because i ordered a laptop for first time and i had no idea that 11.6" screen will be very small for me so i didn't use the laptop much but just turned it on and checked it. The return process was very smooth and easy.
