Just short enough that we had to modify our mounting a bit. It took a little bit of time. Really not your fault, but a production mishap. That caused us some grief. Probably the next one from that manufacturer would be ok. Easier for us to fix it than send for another one.

The Vendor advised me that it had to be attempted for delivery & rejected in order for the refund process to be initiated. Once the item was returned & received back by the Vendor, they refunded my funds as paid.
