The item was brand new... well packed and sealed. Lots of bubble wrap to protect the item. They did a great job. Although.... people should know that the Code included with the Collectors Edition expired on 01/03/2021 16:00:00 PST. I contacted Support to see if they could do anything.... they told me the expiration date and suggested I contact Daybreak. I am in the process of doing that.
