Disney/Pixar's Monsters, Inc. contains mini-games, puzzles, and more than 20 levels of Monstropolis to explore as you help Sulley return Boo safely to her home. Gameplay centers on finding the broken pieces of Boo's door, which was shredded by Randall, and evading detection by the Child Detection Agency throughout Monstropolis. As you control Sulley through the side-scrolling action, you'll visit his apartment, the streets of Monstropolis (including the shopping and dining districts), a locker room, bathroom, and a vault.<br><br>Bonus levels provide the means for gathering extra points, health, laugh canisters, and candy. As you ski in the Himalayas, you steer five progressively faster snow vehicles down mountain slopes in an effort to collect as many items as possible. Each bonus level is limited to only one attempt. Throughout the game, Sulley uses red and green hearts to restore his health, candy to fuel his Roar Attack and gain extra lives, and he stuns CDA agents with his Laugh Cannon by acquiring laugh canisters.<br><br>After all the door pieces are collected, a jigsaw puzzle mode lets you put Boo's door back together and unlock the boss monster level. Game options include the ability to toggle sound and music off or on and three difficulty settings (easy, medium, and hard). There's no battery save, but a password system allows continuation of the game in future sessions.
