The appearance looks great. To turn them on, you hold down both buttons, had to figure that out because no instructions come with them. Normal comtacs you hold one button down to turn on/off. I have yet to test these with firearms, but they do negate noise like they are suppose to. Buddies swear by them for real, like comtac noise reduction.
