Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

I ordered two drives, and they were shipped and packaged very securely, firmly seated in foam/plastic inserts and inside antistatic bags. One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day. These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.
