However i have to return it because i ordered a laptop for first time and i had no idea that 11.6" screen will be very small for me so i didn't use the laptop much but just turned it on and checked it. The return process was very smooth and easy. I have to pay the postage but they deducted it from the voucher value and i received full refund without postage deduction.

I found that the item I purchased does not print both sides of the page automatically which is normal for a HP M603 printer but the one I received needs to have the Ok button pressed each time. This flaw was buried in the detail of the product which was not clear and should be in my opinion as the printer is no good for me without this facility. Seller was very unhelpful when notified and done nothing to assist. WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS SOURCE IN FUTURE.
