I used this kit to convert an old 3-wheeler to a moto style twist throttle. The cable was too short for the carburetor as supplied, so I modified the throttle tube by cutting the flanges with a small saw to increase the forward rotation. This made the effective cable long enough to function and it works great.

The original OEM hoses were brittle and my Jeep 2" liftkit forced me to back those hoses off to the very front of each attachment site just enough for the clamps to keep them from falling off. I needed to replace them with slightly longer hoses, but I couldnt find any. I tried every 4x4 specialty shop I could think of, the Internet, auto parts outlets...nothing. so I bought these hoping they would be at least an inch longer. I was surprised they were a perfect fit.
