I use it with avaya one x which is an awful soft phone system. I've had a few glitches like I can't always disconnect a call when using the headset button but I think these are caused by software issues on my company's side as well as Avaya. I don't think the headsets worth the extra money over the other poly sets but was the only model w/this style headset that we needed.
