Two very minor small scratches were present on the phone edges, but you really have to look closely to see it. It was basically as good as new, and was definitely a good deal. We had no issues connecting the phone to the carrier, and the transfer from the old to the new phone went seamlessly. Shipping was also quick, so no complaints!

It arrived in flawless condition, roughly expected time, looked great, great value. The only thing I noticed that could've potentially counted as a negative was the box was a little roughed up...but the box was SEALED with the Apple green pull tabs, 'Apple certified refurbished' sticker on the box, and an OEM extra Apple Sport Band I wasn't expecting based on the description so I am happy.
