It said I couldn't cancel yet, so I finally found a way to communicate my questions to the seller, did so, and then got the message that the cancellation was processing. I couldn't find a way to cancel the cancellation (not the seller's problem, more the website and I'm not tech savvy)

By Noon TrakFone was good for another year. Professional Customer Service in the Message Chat. And I'll See Hi-Tech next Year.
