It arrived in like new condition, packed well with the necessary adapter to use it with my consumer hardware. It powered right up and Windows picked it up quickly, it was already wiped but I did another just to be sure. The price has gone up significantly since my last purchase (thanks ltt), but compared to buying a new large capacity drive this still comes out better.

However, the 5 year warranty is extremely attractive and gives peace of mind in using them and seller feedback shows that they honor their warranty if anything goes wrong. Drives were very clean and physically unscathed. They were also packaged well in bubble wrap and in anti-static bags with quick delivery by USPS. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

I ordered two drives, and they were shipped and packaged very securely, firmly seated in foam/plastic inserts and inside antistatic bags. One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day. These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.
