These type of adapters are really hard to find. Appreciate the seller stocking these. Arrived and works great. Wiring matches pinout from various online sources of 20-pin Dell-style ATX connectors. Motherboard has other issues but powered up, and beeped (indicating CPU is working). Great adapter if you have an old-style 20-pin ATX Dell motherboard, and want to use it with a more modern 24-pin standard ATX power supply.

There was a small defect in the adapter, and they immediately jumped on sending me some supplies to repair it, as well as offering advise on how to go about that. I was able to repair the adapter, and everything is looking awesome. Seriously, the seller did an absolutely amazing job on this, I wish more sellers were like this one! 11/10, thank you for the amazing ebay experience!
