Since Quantum had such a great reputation, we all thought that they just might raise the quality of the Seagate product, but no, they were still no better than an expensive "DOOR STOP". I know that some people really like Seagate, but I am old enough to remember way back when. Thanks for being so quick.

Excellent customer service and a great example of taking care of the customer.
