Reported him and contacted eBay and nothing happened so just do not buy from this man he is a liar and just stealing money for useless phones. When I messaged buyer to let them know that we photograph every phone prior to shipping and record all serial numbers, and that we would file criminal charges if she attempted to return an item other than what was shipped to her, she immediately closed her return request.
