- n***s- Feedback gegeven door koper.Meer dan een jaar geledenGeverifieerde aankoopBought this VGA cable converter for my Acer G246HYL monitor, and while the converter itself works fine, I ran into a big issue when trying to connect it to the monitor. The VESA mount adapter I’m using partially blocks the VGA port, which makes it impossible to plug in straight into the port. I took apart the plastic casing surrounding the port , which exposed the metal components. I then used black electrical tape to cover the exposed metal and reconnected it. Now, the converter fits.

I fortunately found the needed connector was dispatched to me rapidly. I threw that puppy right in. I ordered a second one from another vendor on ebay. At these prices it is worth it having a spare. When I brought this up to the seller they just said it was shipped without a tracking number. I then asked what the bogus tracking number was for as it just misled me as a buyer. The seller immediately refunded my money without any explanation. I wasn't looking for a refund, just an explanation...! Happy but confused...!
