  For me its not about how you handle a normal sale but how you handle when things went wrong and seller did great! Put the order in and when the items arrived there were 2 cards (I had ordered 4). Notified the Seller and they immediately shipped out the missing two. Those arrived relatively quickly and I popped one into my server and it ran no problem. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.

  Shipping was way faster then i expected, originally listed at 1-2m and i was ok with that but product arrived in just 9 days to Canada! Ive always avoided ebay but this seller had the Lian Li Reverse blade fans i couldn't find anywhere local so i ordered 3 of the 9 i needed to test it out and finish my computers.
