Its even more bizarre that you then ordered a second item from us after the first wasn't to your liking, even though it is "as described". We have a 30-day returns policy too, but we assume you didn't want to pay for the return postage. We are sorry that you are unhappy but you could have got in touch & returned it no sweat.
