Was in IT mode like described, however I did need to flash the latest firmware. Packaged well and arrived a week earlier than expected. Great value as this card + 2 cables cost less than what the two cables alone cost on Amazon. Highly recommend if you're looking for an HBA card and can wait on two weeks shipping.

The cage and backplane were in new like condition. There was a slight issue with the cable to connect the backplane to the perc but I reached out to them with a picture of the issue and they were more than willing to correct the issue. They were quick to respond to my messages despite the time difference.
