Just plain old army green standard paper w light plasticized paper cover. Paper rolls and crumbs up when using wet and it becomes a soggy mess. FYI Waterproof usually means it has synthetic paper you can write on under water. This was NOT that. Buyer Beware. These ar 75 cent small school plain paper notebooks for indoor use.
