Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us that’s why we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product then simply contact us within 14 days of taking delivery. We will process a refund in full upon receipt of goods subject to the terms and conditions listed below:
1) The items must be in resalable condition with no damage, marks or scuffs and must be in the original packaging including the original manufacturer's box inserts, documentation, warranty cards, and all accessories. To warrant a full refund, do not, in any manner, tamper, mark, or deface original manufacturer's boxes.
2) The product must be returned within 14 days.
Warranty (MOBILE PHONES)
For Apple-branded products such as iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple laptops (MacBook Pro, Macbook Air, Mac Mini) and accessories included in the original packaging, Apple Inc. provides a One (1) Year Limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
To avail of the One (1) Year Limited warranty provided by Apple, you need to contact an official Apple retail or service centre nearest to your region. Returns will only be accepted if the item still has original plastic seal on the front screen and the rear of the phone. You are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we have actually received; returns should be packed properly and shipped back to us via a safe and secure Signed For service to ensure that the item is returned to us.
If you are a UK customer, all returns must be sent via royal mail special delivery or appropriate courier with online tracking to be signed & signature obtained on delivery.
All customers are advised to keep the proof of payment for returning item(s)' safely along with the confirmation note of slip provided by the mail of courier service with tracking number.
Customer is required to bear the cost of returning the item and we do not accept or can not be held liable for lost or damage of the item whilst in transit to us.
We advise you to include a note with eBay item number and buyer's eBay user ID clearly stated, along with the return package.
Soon after our 'Returns Department' has received your returned item(s)' package, the necessary actions will be initiated to process your refund and this process could take up to five working days.
Your refund will be made on the same mode of payment you used to make the payment at the initial purchase and no alternative methods are allowed.
