It wasn’t broken in transit it was the connector or clasp on the case. I’m a small independent seller & would never send out a cracked or case that falls off because the clasp is snapped off. Not a big issue I put a new cover on it but if they cared they could do this.

It was shipped in a reasonable amount of time USPS a little slow coast to coast but that was to be expected. The condition of the CD was very good and played perfectly . Tom Petty was an American treasure and is sorely missed. Overall the seller did a great job A++++
