The unit itself runs like a dream and came with Windows 11 pro installed and was an absolute bargain given how well looked after the unit is. The seller is superb and I would definitely buy from them again, delivery was fast as the item arrived next day.

The delivery time was lightning fast and even though the courier decided to play football with the box, the item inside arrived perfectly as a result of careful packaging. The pc looks appears brand new and although there was a minor hiccup, the seller responded quickly with a straightforward resolution that restored my faith in eBay sellers after a few ‘iffy’ experiences with others. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again and I suggest you do too.

When the computer was tested prior to sending some keys were found not to be working, seller offered cancellation with full refund or large discount. So full marks there for customer service. I chose to take the computer, keyboard will be replaced by me. From what I have used it for the laptop is fine and dandy. Based on communication etc I would recommend this seller.
