Well worth the money to avoid the hassle of different thermal pad thickness and ease of use.

This is a professional kit that includes backup spacers, a cool decal and everything you need to your card (Gigabyte RTX 3080 Vision / undervolted) I got a 10 degree drop at idle and a solid 5-8 degree drop at 100% usage but the average high usage temps are around 10 degrees.
