They were packed well, but due to shipping two of the rack ears were bent. The rack ears are made of a thin metal. No big deal. I just bent them back to their original position. Both drawers came with screws, plastic washers and keys for the lock. The drawers operate nice and smooth. I wouldn't use these for touring purposes, but for home use you can't beat the price.
