Specification exactly as I ordered and I asked for a specific brand and model and that’s what I got. Casing in very good condition. Did a quick test before I try to use it properly and everything was absolutely fine. Good price, less than other sellers are selling lower spec machines. All good and I would recommend this Seller to anyone looking for a good, affordable PC.

It fired up immediately 'from the box' and is working satisfactorily. It still has the problem of overheating particularly when downloading but this can be eased by placing a miniature fan at the front intake. A reasonably priced space saving invention.

One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. That said it arrived clean and fully working so I highly recommend this seller and I would certainly buy again.

They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
