When I powered it up and checked through the specs, everything was as listed. It is very quiet, the performance is amazing and it was good value. Although it did not arrive on time, this was not the seller's fault. With online tracking, I could see that the hold up was once the package arrived at the local FedEx depot. I would use this seller again.

Good condition with Windows 11 Pro installed. Packaging is second to none. The delivery was very fast, it’s taken me this long to leave feedback as I’ve recently only finished unrolling it out of the bubble wrap. Could have dropped this out of a 747 at 35000 ft and I still could have turned it on and used it. Brilliant. Price good for what I received, definitely would buy from again. Many thanks.

One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. That said it arrived clean and fully working so I highly recommend this seller and I would certainly buy again.

They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
