Im not worried or upset its more or less perfect except for the charging turns on and off momentarily. it doesn't affect it, just interesting. For all I know its normal I just thought Id mention it. It turned out it was the 3 techs I had to deal with at a Verizon store. Apparently the first 2 didn't know exactly what to do.
