    Absolutely love it. Used the Dymo XL50 for last 5 years. No comparison. Zebra is twice the machine. It did take me 3 times uploaded to get it going. My error, not the machine. Not plug and play so go to Zebra site and download the program THEN load the driver and utilities. The VL 5 is for windows. Little more difficult but OK. Had to delete program twice and reload to get it going. Nice large 500 label rolls vs Dymo 220. Spend a little more and get the Zebra ZD421. ZD420 is the older model.
