Both my previous ones did and my work one and all other ones I have used did i thought all computers did. I thought about sending it back to find one that does but have been busy and I guess it was my fault for knowing to look for that. Expensive mistake but I guess I learned something.

There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .
