The Cobra 19 Ultra Mini AM power output is closer to 3 watts modulated, but that is good enough for close range on road trips. It didn’t come with a cigar lighter plug, but it was easy enough to wire up. Menu features are great including both manual and auto-squelch, channel scanning from the mic buttons, and Voice Operated Xmit sensitivity and delay. All-in-all I am very pleased with this super compact mobile transceiver.

I found that the SWR is way off because It looks like someone has tampered with the length adjustement. Whoever it was thinks it was a cool.prank, but to a serious cb' r....it was a lot of serious intent to make the SWR reading very good!

New condition and refurbished with 2 year warranty. A good value for the price. The appearance looks good with easy changing of stations using mic up/down buttons. This is the second one I own. The size is small and easily fits in small areas, a little twangy but that is expected with such a small speaker.
