The laptop was as described, in great condition, and exactly what I wanted. Shipping was fast. The only problem was the short battery life. They were quick to respond to my message, had me check a couple of things, and sent a replacement battery right away. WOW, I was impressed. Thankfully the customer service was very patient with me and was willing to exchange the laptop for the correct one. The laptop itself apart from the issues was in very good condition, it looked brand new.
