The case is in fairly good condition with very few, minor signs of wear. The only slight negative is I was unable to specify the screen size and the one I received was slightly smaller (13 inch) than I would have ideally liked. But all in all I would highly recommend this seller, offering great value and quick dispatch. Thank you

For a refurbished model it look great and could almost be brand new. It only took me a couple of minutes to be up and running! The laptop itself is fine. There are some places that show damage ( but no issue as it refurb). The bottom cover wasn't on properly, clips had been missed on one side, again no issue because I was able to sort it out. Overall very happy with it. ATM I will update this if anything crops up, but for what I paid, I recommend them highly

I have no coplaints at all and it is exactly as advertised so I am very happy with the unit. If I could make a suggestion the advertising photo is a bit misleading as I was hoping for an upright unit although this is covered in the terms etc and although Fedex delivers well they are never on time always late. I have no problem recommending this seller
