It starts up really quickly, is easy to set up, runs my internet really well, I asked the seller to not include anti-virus or Co-Pilot as i didn't want them but they still came on it and took all day to find and remove, especially co-pilot. Delivery was a nightmare but it turned up in the end. I recommend the item and seller.

Do not use FedEx ,they are not reliable,they have lost so many parcels while delivering.

One issue is having to fork out some quid for the monitor cable because the PC did not have HDMI or USB-C ports. One last quirk is the included wifi dongle. But on the whole, it's a good buy!

That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. That said it arrived clean and fully working so I highly recommend this seller and I would certainly buy again.

They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
