  As described, packing was a little poor "in a bag", postage £14 quite high, bit of damage to edges due to no wrapping, generally happy with the purchase, thank you

  Very disappointed with item and seller. Item had damage that wasn't clear from the photos and was described as complete but some major parts missing plus a couple of bigger items shown in photos not sent. Rather than I ask for a refund, I reached out to the buyer but did not receive a reply, so requested a refund via ebay. Returned item but the seller requested ebay step in, they immediately refunded me, but seller could easily have just done this as it was clear the item was not as described.

  Thank you for your feedback, I had been away with no access to my account for the last 10 days. The return was automatically accepted by eBay and a case opened by eBay due to me not being around to sort this myself within my holiday mode. Buyer chose to ignore my holiday mode and did not give me a chance to reply once my holiday mode ended before sending a return and also putting up a bad review. I do apologise for the item arriving damaged, and I must have missed one or 2 items out by accident
