    Ordered DVD drive by eBay offer and there was an issue with the automatically submitted address. To get it shipped to the correct address, I immediately contacted the seller, who told me to contact eBay customer support. eBay was useless and didn't help, and neither did the seller. I heard nothing more, until the seller unexpectedly cancelled the sale and refunded me. Unhelpful seller, refused to help or change shipping address, didn't communicate, cancelled sale and wasted my time.

    The device was as described. The seller is very quick to respond. It was adequately packaged and delivered without any damage. Why I am not giving a positive review is because the seller charges a far too much for shipping. I was told the reason was because they ship “via royal mail…24hr tracked”. One would assume that it was shipped to me for the price of shipping. But they ship 24h tracked to the eBay international hub. Which then takes its sweet time to ship it worldwide. I feel deceived

    So, lets get this straight. You don't have a clue, as in no idea, how global shipping works. Not a clue. Yet you moan in in feedback, because you have no idea. That is beyond pathetic.
