    Items were packed very thoughtfully and safely to ensure delivery without leaking! Items were individually wrapped in plastic and packed in packing peanuts. Pricing was the best I found on eBay for the items I was looking for. Condition just as described (new) and good quality. Fast shipping. Great seller. I plan to buy from this seller again when I need more soap refills for our very specific type of soap dispensers in our facility bathrooms.

    Product was shipped promptly and is as advertised. Appears to be of high quality and in like new condition. Was a good value as compared to other like items listed. However, seller has failed to communicate after several days to a question regarding functionality. This is disappointing.

    Very disappointing experience. The comfort module I received was not the same part I ordered – the label was removed and the unit was defective. When I contacted the seller, they refunded only $72.59 out of the $99.18 I paid, without any explanation. I also lost money on shipping and import taxes. Very poor communication and not a trustworthy seller.
