I had to return the item because I didn't realize there were two options for the light (this one didn't have a wire that I didn't know I needed because BMW parts are dumb and so am I). This is not the seller's fault, because their description and pictures were accurate and well done. I would not hesitate to buy from them again, confidently.

He sold me a damaged item that didn’t have all those damages shown on the pictures, didn’t specified in the listing and now he is not responding to my emails! Plus, I got shipping label from eBay that usps is not accepting due to the length of the item! Hope I will not be stuck with this dashboard for $600 that I can use!

He said he did and agreed to include it. Part arrived packaged terribly and no bolt as he had agreed. My car is down and I have no way to go and get the bolt so it was a big deal that he didn't keep his word. I contacted him again telling him it was missing and received no response. Consider this when buying from this seller, I would avoid.

No tag was left to indicate that or to provide delivery instructions. The delivery is a business. Fedex customer service advised that seller will have to change delivery address because it is a business & not residential. Please change address to 235 Shilling Way, Newnan, Ga 30263. Do Not wish for Fedex to return the item.
