  Je commande un DVD sensé être neuf sous blister qui est en fait un DVD gravé emballé avec du plastique alimentaire que je reçois sous 10 jours. Me rendant compte du truc, je demande un remboursement partiel a la personne qui refuse ma demande. On en arrive à une demande de retour de sa part alors que que c'était refusé dans lannonce. Je renvois le colis et le vendeur ne donne pas de nouvelles 3 semaines après. Après avoir parlementé le remboursement est enfin déclenché. Du temps perdu! Méfiance
