1. Log files and hosting You can visit our pages completely without actively providing personal data. Some information, however, will be logged as part of the technical routine within the so called server log files. All data collected by eBay will be processed on eBay servers and based on GDPR Article 6(1)(f) transmitted to us for the purpose of fulfilling your order or answering your inquiry.
Mandatory information is marked as such and indicates the pieces of information necessary to fulfill your order or to answer your enquiry. What kind of data is collected is clearly stated and visible on the individual forms. Based on GDPR Article 6(1)(f) we use the data provided by you for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order or answering your enquiry. After completing the order or answering your inquiry the use of your data will be restricted and finally deleted after potential legal storage periods have expired. Exception to this rule only apply when you have either given your consent to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data in a way that is legally allowed or mentioned in the terms of this notice.
3. Transfer of data Again based on GDPR Article 6(1)(f) we will transmit your data to a shipping company when the fulfillment of your order makes it necessary to deliver physical goods. Depending on the payment method you choose during the check out process we will send your data to the credit card company, the finance institute or the payment provider(s) tasked with the processing of your payment. Some payment providers will collect this data in their own name, if you decide to create a customer account with them. In this case you will be asked to sign into their system with your personal login data during the check out process. Under this circumstance the privacy policy of the respective payment provider applies.
Transfer of additional data to shipping companies
In case you have given your consent during or after placing your order we will as allowed in GDPR Article 6(1)(f) also transfer your e-mail and phone number to the shipping company in order to allow them to contact you about the shipping date and time of delivery as well as discussing potential details of the delivery with you.

After your objection we will delete the respective data unless you have either given your consent to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data in a way that is legally allowed or mentioned in the terms of this notice.

4.Contact and your individual rights
As far as your personal data is affected you have the following legal rights:
