When you buy an item from us, a contract is formed between ourselves Wallfillers Canvas and you the Buyer.
Payment must be made within 5 days of end of auction or of selecting and clicking on Buy it Now.
The price of the items are as quoted in the listing and these prices include VAT at current rate.
All anticipated returns must be informed to us in writing within 30 days after the day of receipt of the goods.
Carriage costs are the responsibility of the Buyer for both delivery to Buyer address and for any returns to our warehouse.
It is buyers responsibility to ensure that they are available to accept delivery within the given time-frame for delivery highlighted in the listing.
If the Buyer fails to accept delivery at the registered address, and items are returned to our warehouse, these courier costs are passed on to the Buyer.
 
The estimated delivery time is given in WORKING days (normal weekdays).
Estimated delivery dates can be clearly seen on the Ebay "Postage and Payments" tab on each item listing. Manufacturing and order processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times don't include Saturdays, Sundays and/or major holidays.
Transit times don't include major holidays or Saturdays and Sundays.
For example, items ordered to include manufacturing and order processing time for a reasonably projected dispatch time of a Friday afternoon will be delivered 3-5 working days after this date. (typically the following Weds -Fri of the next week, on a normal non holiday week ). If a 24hr Next Day delivery is selected for this same item, expected to be dispatched on a friday afternoon, allowing for projected order processing and manufacturing, then this delivery will be first attempted on the following Monday [or working day following the monday in event of public holiday] ( not the weekend or public holiday days ,when delivery will be attempted on the first working day following the public holiday).
 
When selecting "24 hr Next Day" delivery, please be aware and appreciative that this means next working day, and excludes weekends and public holidays.
Please also be aware that when selecting "24 hr Next Day" delivery, that this applies to UK mainland deliveries only and excludes out reach locations such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands ( and common courier accepted remote locations of Scotland that are classed as highlands for banding purposes by courier networks ), as well as Channel Islands.
Buyers arranging their own method of delivery to their listed address are wholly responsible for the items during transit and in event of return.
Buyers who select products for delivery outside of the UK are responsible for any local taxes and fees.
If you change your mind regards the purchase, you can cancel your contract with us in writing within 30 days after day of delivery.
If you believe the items to be damaged on arrival, then this must be made known to the delivery company at time of delivery and signed for as "damaged on arrival."
If you believe that items arrive in a damaged or un described state but packaging shows no signs of damage, we ask that you contact and describe and if necessary photograph the damage.
You have a legal obligation to take care of the products whilst in your possession and in event of cancellation ensure they are returned to our warehouse in sale-able condition.
All costs associated with return of unwanted items are the responsibility of the Buyer, as is their duty to securely package items for transit to our warehouse.
Multi-Sets of Canvases ( 2 Part, 3 Part, 4 Part & 5 Part Sets of Canvases ), must be re-packaged, with the canvases packaged " face to face", and "back to back" to avoid damage to the front face of the canvases.

If an item is returned to us because you have cancelled your contract within the 30 day period, we will process the refund less any possible deductions for condition and carriage.
Our Liability to you the Buyer is for cost of item only and not for any incurred carriage costs either way. Refunds will be made through the same method as original payment.
Sales and purchases through our eBay store are subject to eBays user agreement and policies.
