Our preferred method of payment for Ebay transactions is Paypal
 
We can also accept credit or debit card payment via our customer service team we can manually take your payment details (which are destroyed as soon as the payment has been processed).
 
We can also facilitate payment by Bank Transfer.
 
Please note we reserve the right to refuse any transaction that we deem to be high risk and reserve a further right to request proof of identity or proof of address.
 
A VAT invoice will accompany all deliveries, should you require a copy of this invoice a charge may be incurred.
 
Shipping Information
All orders placed before 3.00PM will be processed and despatched same day from our warehouse. Your items will be despatched via DHL on the delivery choice you have selected and the size of parcel. Due to location, local orders may be facilitated by our local branches.
 
All items listed are deemed to be standard stock lines. However, we sometimes sell out of items. In this rare occurrence, we will contact you with an anticipated delivery date or to offer a suitable replacement of equal specification.
 
Please note the estimated delivery time stated on Ebay is an estimation, should you feel your delivery is overdue then please check with your neighbours and your local sorting office as most of our products are too large to fit through a standard letter box.
 
Our standard normal delivery times can vary between 24hrs and 96hrs (standard working days) to mainland UK. Should you require your item within a specific timeframe then please ensure you select an express delivery choice.
 
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands & Highland areas of Scotland may take up to 72hrs and incur an additional carriage charge, this will be notified to you at time of checkout.
 
Bulk Deliveries may incur additional charges; we will always notify you of any additional charges if applicable.
 
To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, we need a signature to confirm successful delivery. If there is nobody to receive the parcel, the driver will either attempt delivery to a neighbour or take your parcel to be securely held at the local Post Office or local depot.
 
The driver will have left a card stating the location of your parcel. Please follow the instructions left by the driver.
 
Our carrier hopefully will be able to deliver your parcel with no problems however if no delivery can be made they will leave contact details explaining how you can receive your parcel. After 7 days, they will return the delivery to us. Unfortunately, we are charged for this and will need to recharge for re-delivery.
