Payment policy

We accept cash in store - we do not advise you send cash by post as it will not be covered by royal mail.
We accept PayPal, but can only send if your address is confirmed, we cannot send to any other address but your confirmed address on your PayPal account, due to PayPal rules and regulations.
Payment for EBay orders should be made within the time specified by EBay to avoid a non paid item dispute which could result in restrictions on your buying power.
Delivery information
Prices quoted are for UK Mainland only despite costs quoted by Ebay on some listings. (This means Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland incur additional charges by the courier company) Our couriers are for Mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and Europe.
Areas outside of mainland UK must request a quote before placing order.
If you are not available when delivery is attempted a card will be left for you to arrange a suitable time for redelivery, any items that are returned to us due to customers not making arrangements incur a re-postage fee at full cost.
Due to strict policy of EBay, PayPal and banks and card companies we can only deliver to the registered addressed associated with your payment method and the goods must be signed for at the address.
We can leave your parcel with neighbours and the address cannot be altered to an alternative address even after placing an order.
This is due to policies we must adhere to and we politely ask you do not request or provide alternative addresses for delivery.
All our deliveries are by courier and the company we use is Yodel and DHL, you can track your parcel online on their websites.
We cannot offer a set delivery time, and we cannot provide delivery on Saturday or Sunday - although eBay states 24 hour delivery, it must be accounted for that the goods must be picked, packed and dispatched - our order cut off time is nine a.m so orders placed after this time may not be dispatched until the following day, if you place an order on a Thursday after nine a.m your goods might not be delivered until Monday.
Return policy
Sale of Goods Act does not allow a buyer to return something due to change of mind.
Distance Selling Act allows a 28 day cooling off period on Buy it now but not Auction Items.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to qualify under this act.
All items must be returned at buyers own cost and with a traceable means of postage to avoid dispute on any lost post, including name and address and goods returned in same condition received. Good retuned without original packaging will be charged a 15% repacking fee.
Goods returned after the 14 day period due to change of mind will be charged a 15% restocking fee, the goods must be returned as sold in original packaging.
Any items returned due to change of mind that have been used will not be refunded or replaced, please do not return used items, you would need to bear the cost of the item being returned to yourself, or the item will be disposed of.
Faulty goods should be returned immediately, including letter explaining fault, eBay name, item number and date purchased, along with address where replacement item should be sent to. Goods must be returned before replacement is sent.

We reserve the right to upgrade items that maybe out of stock to the clostest alternative, pictures are for illustration only, items may have a different colour or brand name but are of the same quality.
A consignment on a grow kit, can sometimes get split whilst traveling the courier system, therefore you may recieve one parcel before or after others, over a period of 48 hours.
You must report to us immeidatley on 02476641033 if you recieve a damaged item, or have an item missing, we only have a 24 hour window to make a claim through the courier for items they have lost or damaged.

Our feedback operates on an automatic system, as soon as a customer leaves a positive feedback for us, the buyer will receive a positive feedback from us.

Postage outside Mainland UK
Despite some postal charges quoted by EBay’s new service, we request any buyer outside UK Mainland contact us before committing to a sale, those from UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland and Europe can request an accurate postal price through the eBay messaging service.
We are not obliged to send any item at an EBay Quoted price, or at the UK Mainland price, and will refund any payment that does not pay the correct postal price for the area delivery is requested.
Any person refunded is expected to make payment for revised postal invoice within 7 days to avoid unpaid item dispute.

Free Postage Offers are for UK Mainland Only, and excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland on all courier items, please check before placing your order as there will be additional charges for orders sent outside mainland UK these range between £12 and £25 depending on your area.
Instructions for items.
If your item arrives with no instructions please do not attempt to construct or wire any products without contacting us first you can message us via eBay or call 02476 641033 - if you attempt to wire a fan without following instructions provided your warranty will be null and void.
