Prices shown on ServoShop are exclusive to on-line orders only and may differ from prices advertised for SWM. We advise anyone calling into Steve Webb Models or contacting Steve Webb Models by phone to order to be able to quote the URL, Product name and code and advertised web site price to avoid being charged a different price by mistake.
 
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20% . For countries outside the E.C. Value Added Tax (VAT) is deductible on all items. When we receive your order we will automatically remove the VAT if it is not applicable to your country of origin.
 
If you are able to provide us with your VAT registration number (within the EEC) we can supply orders less VAT.
 
Ordering
Although we have a very comprehensive range of stock we can not guarantee that every item shown and listed is always in stock. If an item is not immediately available, and we have a similar product, we will contact you and suggest a near substitute, at which point, you can decide if you would like the substitue, wait for the desired item, or cancel your order. We will never send substitutes without notification or contacting the customer first.
 
Please Note: Orders that are placed on ServoShop can only be sent to the card holder's registered address.
If the delivery address given does not security match to the card holder's address then the goods will not be sent.
 
When placing an order on ServoShop, Please ensure that the correct e-mail address and telephone number are given as we may need this information to contact you if we need to validate your order. Failure to provide these correctly may result in your order not being processed.
 
Regard credit card orders from overseas. Due to recent changes in the way some Card Issuers allow security checks on credit card payments and transactions from overseas, we may ask for proof of address/ card holder information to be faxed to +44(0)1928735410 before we can process the order or send the goods. If we are unable to make reliable security checks we will have the right to refuse the order. Goods can only be sent to the Card Holders Address. Goods can only be sent if our security checks are satisfied.
 
In certain circumstances we may ask for further proof of identity for orders placed in the U.K

If we suspect an order is an attempted fraud, we will refuse to fulfill that order, and take steps to ensure the appropriate authorities are informed.
 
Steve Webb Models "ServoShop" can accept no liability for damages caused by an items use or misuse. Refunds or compensation will never exceed, in monetary terms, more than the cost of the item supplied and purchased.
 
You have the right to cancel within 14 working days after the day you take receipt of goods. You must notify us within this time that you wish to cancel. You are required to return the goods unopened/unused and in the same condition as supplied at your own cost within 28 days. We will subtract the cost of carriage charges from your refund, if it is not a warranty or faulty return.
 
These rights are in addition to those relating to faulty goods. Your Statutory rights are not effected regarding faulty items. All items are covered by the appropriate manufacurers warranty. In most instances due to the nature of the goods and their operational use, no faulty item can be replaced without inspection by the manufacturer first.
