The circuit board on these are under the fan and not off to the side, which is likely keeping them cooler. Additionally, the fan blades are connected with a think ring, which probably helps prevent broken fins. They are much quieter and seem to be working just fine. You do not need to remove the heatsink assembly to change these fans but be careful doing so. Take your time. It's an easy job with the right tools.

Has a few small gouges out of it. They are replacing it. Hopefully it's packed better, as a thin piece of foam doesn't protect it, from being thrown around. At least this store is taking care of replacing it. Ordered a left side, apparently from different store(didn't know at first that was thrown around so hard, was sticking out of the box when it arrived. They won't answer my emails.
