It felt pricy but it is comparable to other new screens on this site, it is what it is. (As an aside, earlier I ordered from a different seller a used screen that ended up not working, so based on that experience I'd say new is the way to go.) Easy to install if you're not afraid to open your laptop and look up videos showing you how to do it, all you need are tiny screwdrivers with torx and Phillips bits.

The screen was well packaged; however, it was clear that something heavy had dropped and impacted the box. I had to try not to panic, I have a customer waiting on the screen, and what if the buyer doesn’t believe that it was damaged in shipping? I messaged the seller with bated breath, and after sending a few pics of the box and screen, then confirmed that a replacement was sent! Saved the day! 5 star trustworthy SLR!
