The box it shipped in was a little beat up, but I don’t know if that before aloe after the carrier handled it. Regardless, it’s a solid product and they shipped it fast. Small defect on mine, not a huge deal, because again the carrier may have caused this. Doesn’t include the tools to take apart your wheel, but does show you what you need in the guide. Overall positive experience, and would recommend 👍
