Most importantly, the screen is in excellent condition with no scratches or stuck pixels. My only complaint is that the battery needs to be replaced. When new, these Dell 3560 are rated for 12-14 hours battery life. This one goes dead in ~30 minutes after charging it to 100%. Batteries are not covered by warranty unless they are totally dead and won't take a charge.

Haven't tested its battery as of yet, packaging was professional from a used perspective. Great price (Wal Mart was selling refurb'd units about $180 more.

The shipping was a little faster than expected for such a large package, and for considering the delays due to weather. The laptops arrived not quite as they were described as they all function very well, and some came with Windows installed already. For the price paid, and for the products received, the value here couldn't be beat!
