They appeared to be pulls from gently used systems and had no dust/fur/schmutz in them. Both powered up just fine with no odd "magic smoke getting out" smells. Packaging was plastic bags and then bubble wrap inside a cardboard box. Price was fair and shipping was immediate. I'll keep this seller in mind if I need more proprietary Dell parts.
