1. Applicability
The terms and conditions described in this document are in affect since 11-20-2006 and ear applicable on every order of products through de webshop as shown on www.T4Toner.com, offered by ROD bvba, Berchemlei 103/7, B2140 Antwerp-Borgerhout, Belgium .
Changes/edits which don't comply with these terms and conditions are only pertinent in case of written confirmation by ROD bvba.
These terms and conditions are not applicable to any of ROD bvba's other activities where certain other terms and conditions may apply.

3. Descriptions and destinations
a) webshop: that part of the site www.T4Toner.com where laptop bags and possible other, related products are offered for sale.
b) the customer: the products offered in the webshop are aimed at all persons who deal as natural person or company.
4. Closing the contract and accepting the Terms & conditions
The offering of the products is not a binding legal contract in that way that the willingness of the customer to purchase any of the products on the webshop are binding for T4Toner.com to deliver.
The customer is bound by contract as soon as he/she completes the order procedure as described below. T4Toner.com is bound by contract as soon as an order confirmation is received by the customer and when payment for the complete amount is fulfilled.
T4Toner.com can at any moment and without prior, written notice cancel the order, change it's pROD bvbauct range or pricing keeping in mind these changes do not have any effect on orders completed before these changes were made.
By completing the order procedure and validate the agreement during the registration process, the customer accepts these Terms & conditions, shipping terms and privacy policy as mentioned on T4Toner.com
T4Toner.com has the right to edit or change these terms & conditions without prior warning keeping in mind these changes do not have any effect on orders completed before these changes were made. The orders that were processed before the change are subject to the terms & conditions in the form they were on the date the order was placed.
5. Ordering procedure
The customer browses the store manually or by using any of the search tools provided. When he/she has selected a pROD bvbauct he/she clicks the add to cart button, which puts the item in a virtual shopping cart. (found in the top right corner)
Once all preferred products are put in the cart, the customer can either "continue shopping" or "checkout". By hitting the checkout button, the customer proceeds to the registration form, where he she has to fill out the details as described on the website. It is here the customer can view, download and confirm these terms and conditions and accepts them!
a. Order Details (cart)
The customer is shown a confirmation or the temperate order when he/she adds an item to the cart or hits the "view cart" button.
The page shown contains the following details:
- Name of the pROD bvbauct
- PROD bvbauct code (SKU)
- Unit price (ex VAT)
- Quantity
- Subtotal (price * quantity)
- Total
- VAT total (part of total which is VAT)
If the customer has a coupon code, he/she has to fill out the field below.
The customer can still decide to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout
b. Billing address
The customer has to fill out a billing address and register.
c. Shipping address
The customer has the option to add one or more shipping addresses and select one of them. If no shipping address is added, the parcel will be shipped to the billing address.
d. Select shipping method
Depending on where the customer's parcel is shipping the customer is presented with several shipping options of which one must be selected.
e. Payment
In this phase of the process the customer must select a payment method.
- Bank transfer
- COD (€15.00 extra will be charged to cover extra costs)
- Paypal & Credit Card
if paypal & credit card is selected, the customer will be taken to a secure page on a secure server, where both types of payment will be processed. T4Toner.com can't be held responsible for any damage done by this third party.
6. Confirmation by mail and processing of the order
The customer will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as our servers receive the order and have checked availability.
This confirmation contains all the info entered by the customer to complete the order (see above 5)
T4Toner.com has the right to cancel the order if:
- it's incomplete or contains errors
- the data given is incomplete or incorrect
- failing to pay previous orders
- failing to fill 3rd party electronic payment company (eg. paypal)
7. Proof
Not whit-standing the customer's access to written or digital proof, both parties hereby agree that the only proof of communications, content of orders and all other transactions are those found in the digital records of T4Toner.com or it's hosting companies.
8. Offer and Price
Offers and pricing are only of significance on the day T4Toner.com is visited. Both can be changed without any prior written warning of other, but do not influence orders that were confirmed before the change. Any change in VAT percentages however can change up to the day of invoicing.
All prices on the webshop are in euro and include 21% VAT
ALL PRICES IN £ OR $ ARE CALCULATED ON THE FLY USING REAL TIME EXCHANGE RATES FROM WWW.XE.COM. DURING PAYMENT PROCESS ONLY EURO IS ACCEPTED AT THE MOMENT. WE ARE WORKING HARD TO ACCEPT OTHER CURRENCIES AS WELL
9. Availability
All pROD bvbauct and price offerings on the webshop are in affect as long as the they can be sold from T4Toner.com's own stock or of it's suppliers.
In case a pROD bvbauct runs out of stock and is no longer available, the customer will receive a written notice by email.
T4Toner.com is in no way responsible for any damage resulting from the non availability of one of it's offered products.
10. delivery
Always at the address selected by the customer and by the method selected during checkout procedure (§5 above)
Shipping to p.o. boxes is not possible!
11. invoicing
All orders are shipped with a printed invoice. Digital invoices are available on request.
In case the customer is a professional user, he/she has to inform T4Toner.com about this during checkout of by email info@T4Toner.com., so additional edits can be made on the invoice (VAT ID, etc)
The price on the invoice is the same as the one on the order confirmation.
12. Delivery times
T4Toner.com always tries to deliver as soon as possible and stick to this policy!
Delivery time mentioned on the pROD bvbauct description page range from 24hours to 1-2 months and by confirming the order the customer acknowledges he/she is aware of these times. T4Toner.com can't be held responsible for delays caused by third parties such as suppliers or shipping companies.
Delivery time starts counting from the moment a payment is made (money on T4Toner.com's bank account, credit card charge confirmed, paypal payment has complete status.)
In case a delivery is not made within 30 days outside the delivery times mentioned on the pROD bvbauct description page, the customer can cancel his order without any extra cost. In case the customer has already paid the order, the entire amount will be refunded 30 days after a written cancellations request was received by email.
13. Shipping costs
Shipping costs as described in the section "shipping terms" of T4Toner.com and as noted during the checkout process.
in case T4Toner.com has to split up the order because of availability reasons, the shipping cost will only be charged ones. This does not apply when orders are to heavy or big to ship in one parcel.
14. Non conformity
All products are new and as described on T4Toner.com and it's webshop. De pictures on the website do not have any value in describing the pROD bvbauct however. They are only there to help picturing the pROD bvbauct.
In case the pROD bvbauct delivered is not the same as the one ordered or it is damaged, the customer can send it back to T4Toner.com within 7 days of receipt. T4Toner.com will replace the pROD bvbauct in as most cases, however T4Toner.com reserves the right to refund the customer. After 7 days the pROD bvbauct won't be replaced, nor refunded.
In general all orders are considered delivered 3 business days after payment of the order is competed. (example. money hits T4Toner.com's bank account on februari 1st + 3 days = februari 4th, you can ask a replacement up to februari 11th)
In case a parcel is not delivered within 60 days after confirmation, the customer should contact T4Toner.com customer support through email at support@T4Toner.com
In case the parcel was lost, T4Toner.com will ship a replacement or refunds the customer.
15. Cancellations
According to EU directives, protecting the consumer, the consumer has the right to cancel it's order within 7 business days of order confimation date. The date mentioned on the order confirmation is legally binding in this case. All requests for cancellation will be refused and open orders will be treated as all unpaid invoices are. T4Toner.com holds the right to charge administrative fees for reminder communications, re-sending invoices and possible legal actions.
16. Right to refuse
according to belgian law of july 14th 1991, protecting the consumer, the (non professional) customer has the right to cancel the order within 7 business days of delivery. companies do not have this right.
In case these products are personalized the customer doesn't have this right. (eg. speciality bags)
The customer has to inform T4Toner.com within this perios by email or mail (postal date counts)
The customer has to send back the products within 3 days after the request for refusal was filed, in their original packaging and in perfect re-selling condition.
T4Toner.com refunds as soon as the products are (re)delivered and in perfect condition.
Shipping costs however are for the customer's account unless if an RMA was granted.
17. Payment
T4Toner.com accepts 4 forms of payment:
- credit card (secure paypal checkout)
- paypal
- bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (extra cost is charged)
T4Toner.com stays owner of the pROD bvbauct until the entire amount is transfered.
18. Intellectual rights
The website T4Toner.com is protected by copyright law accept for those parts that are subject to the GNU/GPL public license.
The site also contains pictures and logos which are the property or trademark of 3rd parties. the T4Toner.com logo, it's name and it's taglines are all trademarks and can not be used without prior written agreement by ROD bvba.
All infringements will be prosecuted to the full extend of the law.
19. Responsibilities
T4Toner.com can't be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage (loss of profits, etc..) that is the result of the use of it's webshop.
T4Toner.com is not responsible for the content of linked, 3rd party sites especially not if it involves privacy.
T4Toner.com is not responsible when they can't process a contract or order in case of loss of communication methods, fire, storm, floods, strikes or all other extreme situations outside our power.
20. Languages & Translations
T4Toner.com is mostly made in English, however some parts are translated in Dutch as well. In case any part of the site is not clear to you, feel free to contact info@T4Toner.com. Our support team will answer or translate the section for you.
21. Archives
T4Toner.com will archive all the orders/contracts but will not share these with any other party, customer or other.
22. Privacy act
T4Toner.com commits to act on and stick to the law of december 8th 1992 on the protection of the privacy in connection to personal data.
